Flat rate shipping means that no matter how much you buy, your shipping charge remains the same, $7 in the Contiguous United States, $12 to Canada, and $20 to international addresses. We make it easy for you to stock up on our innovative products without spending a fortune on shipping.

Orders are shipped the business day after they are placed, and most orders are received in 3-5 business days in the United States, 5-7 in Canada, and 10-15 for international shipping. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from LIFE IS FLUID you can return your purchase within 30 calendar days from the original delivery date for a full refund.

EXCHANGE requests will also be honored using our LIVING PRODUCT PROGRAM for the life of your product. (LIF Flasqs only)
If your purchase is damaged in transit we will send you a "free of charge" replacement, shipping included. We will require the return of the damaged product to us for assessment before the replacement is sent.
This process usually takes 10-14 business days. If you require the item sooner you can purchase a replacement product, and when the damaged item has been returned, we will issue your refund payment.
LIFE IS FLUID will issue your refund via the same method in which your original order was paid.
